Restore Healthcare, LLC. dba Restore Healthcare Rehabilitative Services and Home Medical Group was founded in 2011 by therapists, nurse practitioners, and parents who envisioned a rehabilitative multi-specialty clinic that would provide the community with high quality therapy. RHC’s founders committed themselves to building a high caliber resource for the many families who were struggling to find services for their families.

Coupled with a family-centered approach, RHC provides care management by assisting the patient and their care givers with accessing services that are supportive, effective, and cost efficient.
