Independent Living

 

Restore Healthcare Medical Home Group's at widely popular Independent Living program is offered to families that care for loved ones 18 years and older with a diagnosis of severe persistent mental illness and participate in the Cardinal Innovations program.  Independent Living events are offered weekly.  The program teaches and assists individuals in carrying out instrumental activities of daily living, such as preparing meals, medication management, grocery shopping, and managing money so they can live independently in the community.

School-based Services

 

Restore Healthcare outpatient clinic have contracts with numerous daycares and local school districts to provide clinic-based and school-based services.
